At Randstad, the world's largest employment agency, I focused on UX design for recruiter applications. For Xplore, a multi-million dollar project to build a web-based recruitment platform for the American market, I was responsible for the visual design. As part of a multidisciplinary team, I collaborated with developers, researchers, and designers to create a platform that made it easier for recruiters to connect with top talent. I also contributed to Relevate Scheduler, an application that helped recruiters schedule interviews with talent via chatbots. Finally, with R-One, a global project with Salesforce to unify sales and recruitment, I drove the design direction for UX, guiding the team responsible for the recruiter experience. Due to a non-disclosure agreement, I can only share a limited snippet of my work at Randstad.
